CV
David Miklík has received Master´s degree in Organic Chemistry
(2015) from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice
under guidance of F. Bureš. His diploma work focused on pyridine as
acceptor moieties in push-pull derivatives. Starting in October 2015, he
continues further in the BUReS group as doctoral student. His
dissertation focuses on the synthesis and characterization of novel
organic chromophores based on 6-membered heterocycles.
An ICGS fellowship from the NIMS, Japan has been awarded to D. Miklík. From January 2016, David's doctoral studies will be co-supervised by Dr. Jonathan P. Hill.
Since 2017, David develops his career at Synthon and continues doctoral studies in the BUReS group.
Topic
